I'm not sure there is a way to fix this and I'm used to X-KeyPad which being a plugin is part of X-Plane's window system so if I click or touch an X-KeyPad button my yoke and controllers still work in X-Plane.
When I select something on FS KeyPad it takes the focus since it's a separate app and I have to click back on my P3D window to get any controller buttons to work. It's not a real big hassle but it would be nice if it can be fixed.
If not, it is what it is.
So far this is a really nice application. It's what we've needed.
